This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to subscription payments for YuLink services.


Subscription Plans

YuLink offers subscription-based plans that may include additional features and tools for creating and managing YuLink pages.

Users may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.


Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital SaaS services, all payments made for YuLink subscriptions are generally non-refundableonce the service has been activated.


Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Technical issues preventing access to the service

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.


Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Once cancelled:

  • The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.


Plan Changes

Users may upgrade or downgrade their plans.

If upgrading:

  • The new plan may become active immediately.

If downgrading:

  • Changes may apply from the next billing cycle.
